As you can see in the attached image, the volume is much fainter than the brightness. Therefore, I can no longer adjust the volume. I didn't change anything or do anything else in the settings, and yet it suddenly happened. Can someone help me reverse this?

it might be because the device streams to another (Apple TV, etc.). Then the volume is controlled via the external device. Maybe turn off Bluetooth and W-LAN.
