Why is the hard drug scene always at train stations?
So why at the train station and not in the park? In big cities, heroin and cocaine are available at the train station.

Train station is simply the source for tourists, or just as a well-known easy-to-find meeting place, in addition mostly central for toilet and something.
More space, a lot of traffic so difficult to observe and unlike a park where the public has an eye on it, a station is not important.

I think because the dependents usually don’t have a driver’s license, or it can be better snored by the “visitors”
I’d just say it’s easier to find a station than pick up several parks.
