If you don’t go to the doctor, get at least cbd oil, that’s the only anti psychotic agent you can buy freely.

Therapists otherwise use mindfulness, meditation, sports and yoga to get back into the inner balance.

Then it’s not an acoustic hallucination that you’d hear in your ears as if someone talks to you normal. Then I tap on a forced thought, but I’m not a doctor or something, that’s just a guess

No, you don’t hear them in his head, but in his ears, so as to perceive real sounds, so people can hardly distinguish it
