When I follow women on Instagram and they follow me back, and I message them, they write to me saying I'm a fake account. I don't have any pictures of myself on there, but that doesn't mean I'm fake. I only have a profile picture. I even record my voice, and they still think I'm fake. What's wrong with women like that? Do you need pictures on Instagram these days to be considered a real person?

The accusation does not seem to mean that you are not a man or otherwise are not “real”. It only seems to be the suspicion in the room that you are not the one you spend there on. In whatever respect, this cannot be said without further information on the circumstances.

Most Fake Acc have nothing on the profile and always write one directly.
