Wieso bildet sich auf geöffenten senf nach einer zeit wasser?

Immer wenn der senf offen also nach gebrauch wieder geschlossen bildet sich nach einer zeit wasser im glas woher kommt das und ist dieser dann noch essbar? lg

This is water and edgy. Stir and good. If nothing sets off, the brand changes, then there’s a lot of chemistry in it, emulsifiers that didn’t happen. I’d rather stir.

At sauces like now mustard, water is excreted.

simply stir gscheid in the glass, then fit again. Senf simply consists of different fabrics that connect all net perfectly. Just like when you pour fat into the water, the fat is deposited on the edge. Thus, the water contained in the mustard also emerges upwards. The mustard is, of course, still enjoyable.
Btw. let Ben&Jerry’s ice stand out for a few hours. This tastes 1:1 still warm after Ben&Jerrys x)
