Wieso bekomme ich starke Blähungen von diesem Burger Fleisch?
Hallo, immer wenn ich dieses Bürgerfleisch esse, bekomme ich starke Blähungen:
Ich verstehe nicht, woher das kommt, da bei den Zutaten nur 98% Rindfleisch, Speisesalz und Gewürze steht. Kann es also sein, dass die Blähungen von dem Salz oder bestimmten Gewürzen kommen? Weil es kann doch nicht bloß von Rindfleisch kommen, oder? Wenn ich sonst Rindfleisch esse, habe ich nämlich nie Probleme bemerkt. Oder könnte es der hohe Fettgehalt sein?

It’s the spices. Buy beef chop, get pepper and salt and maybe Majoran.
Make Patzies and freeze them between baking paper in a tupper can.

There will be onion and/or garlic powder in combination with cheap meat….
Probably onion powder is under the spices.
Sorry but frozen products are really garbage. Buy normal minced meat and make yourself Patties
