I don’t think it’s bad if you have a little more wealth, better than too little. Some people have no respect for others. As long as you feel comfortable in your body, everything is good. Greeting fire bird

I don’t really know about it, but I think it depends on how much muscle you have. Muscle mass is heavier than fat. But as long as you feel it’s okay

If everything is still within the framework, there are men standing on it, clearly it is mildly chubby, but by no means fat. Normally, 70 kg of your normal weight would also be

Depends on how you look. Can you perform all activities normally in everyday life? Probably already

You have a BMI of 28 and are clearly overweight.

You should weigh between 63 and 65 kg.

Actually, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable with your weight. But with this overweight, I think of the consequences in a couple of years: Your joints will complain, diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and arteriosclerosis will certainly occur earlier.

Stop telling that shit. Right, decreasing would be good, but the listed health problems will not arise because of the overweight. Why is people always told that they are deadly or become obese? I believed that for a long time. Today I know that this is simply not true.

It’s not a crap, it’s a medical experience!

Of course, people can become 90 years old when they are thick: But this is the exception!

What you want to know today is crap!

About 10-15kg could be down to normal weight. Is your weight dramatic now? No, but unhealthy

What about obesity is healthy? It has increased risk of stroke, cancer, diabetis with such an exorbitant high weight.

Do you have about 10 kg too much, healthier it would be long for you to take off, but if you feel so well why not, in the long term you suffer the knees below

55 – 71 kg

Your ideal weight

If you weigh between 55 and 71 kg, everything is OK.

That’s what the BMI calculator says about your information.

So it’s overweight, but not sick yet.

  • Your ideal weight would be 56 kg,
  • Your normal weight is 63 kg,
  • from 70 kg you should pay attention to your figure
  • and from 77 kg until you overweight.

By the way, you see that it’s swaying with you, right?

With 56 kg you are underweight if you have not noticed. 70 kg is normal weight. In addition, bmi is expected.

The BMI is complete nonsense, and has long since been restored. It does not distinguish between good mass (muscles) and harmful mass (fat) And 56kg may be okay, over 60kg but definitely no longer. Do not know any form of over 60kg. Or a female body, but simply swaying unshaped.

No, normal weight is 10% less for younger people and ideal weight 20% less than body size minus 100.

What you’re doing is for older people from 50…
And to measure to BMI is not a duty.

56 kg with a size of 170cm is nicely slim for a young woman, but not underweight.

A 50-year-old man should weigh his 70 kg…

I am 170 cm tall and weigh only 56 kg. I don’t need anybody to tell me how to look at underweight. I’m 50 and I’ve never been on the scale. I’d like more, but I’m not.
