Suicidal thoughts again?
Again and again and again. And again and again and again.
Another suicide question.
You know, I just don't know what's right and what's wrong anymore.
I don't seem to get it. I'm confused. I don't feel right in my body. I feel like I'm being influenced by others. But I don't know what. From my head. From triggers. From traumas, from people who I think mean me harm. I don't know.
Can I partially understand and good advice, which you could really accept here, are shortages.
I can only recommend you to find a psychologist with whom you feel comfortable and trust. This is often a big step and a long search, but it helps.
I was lucky to have someone like this in the family and could re-socialize after 6 months.
Never give up
Good luck
A therapist would possibly be very good, exact or both psychiatrist and therapist.
Unfortunately, I did not have good experiences with psychiatrists. The one I had visited and described the reason for my “uneasiness” for over 1h, then asked what to do now and simply prescribed antidepressants to me.
A good psychologist tries to take the time to understand you and advise you as far as possible.
I really recommend psychiatrists only in acute situations, so I can medicamentally “make up” 😅
Yes, that’s true with the confusion/confusion. I really didn’t know about the training. Simply put, the psychiatrist is an aprovated doctor, on the other hand, the psychologist is only a good listener 😅
The name is somewhat confusing or is often confused in the popular mouth.
Quote:
“A psychiatrist studied medicine and then completed a training as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
A psychologist studied psychology. Psychotherapists who want to deal with legal insurers only have to complete a five-year training since 2022.
A psychiatrist may also prescribe medicines for treatment, while a psychological psychotherapist conducts therapeutic discussions.”
It is sadly necessary to find a decent psychiatrist or psychologist. But it is worth looking for and being stubborn.
Suicidal thoughts are often forced thoughts or symptoms of mental illness.
Talk to a trained person about it.
