Danke schonmal.

Make a realistic time, in your case 18 or 19 hours – after or before dinner – and first shower for one or 2 minutes. Prepare heated towels and a cuddly bathrobe.

I was on the go for a while reading forums in which users had “hygiene wars” and tried to cross each other with their hygiene routines. They also looked down on everyone who didn’t do it like them. There was supposed to be scrubbed up to 17 times with various means during showering until some users made fun of it themselves.

In any case, this has been very “helpful” with scrub gloves and a lot of soap to shower, because I thought for a while that such people would otherwise look down on me. These were now users who were supposed to shower several times a day and changed clothes.

With me, the thought “you have to soap you several times strongly, otherwise some people think you’re awkward” was actually a while.

I don’t know if it could be “motivating” for you to think that.

Otherwise, watch videos about wellness and wash, maybe it helps on the positiverail.

I’d put a table on how many times I can shower and keep it from being only 2 minutes at first.

Please go to the doctor and make a blood picture, in the simplest case you have only iron deficiency!

So first this is totally okay and you really don’t have to be embarrassed or unpleasant!! I also think I’m sick of showering and I haven’t found a strategy yet to make it easier:(

You might try to wash with a washcloth and wash your hair over your head without having to wet your body, which I usually do:)

However, you should really talk to your doctor or look for a therapist, there can be more than you might think.

What you don’t want to hear is true, but unfortunately.

  • If you have a bathtub, colorful water with good fragrances are great.
  • I think if hair is fat, it kind of aches, I stumble through my hair very often so they wash almost every 2 days.
  • Make yourself an exciting series
  • Remember freshly showered and freshly picked bed is the best.

By the way, just because you don’t smell it doesn’t mean that others don’t smell it.

I’d let the doctor check, maybe what’s behind it, so much sleep need is not normal

I had such a phase in a very severe depression. I’ve been doing cat laundry every few days.

I found out that I’m unconsciously afraid of water through a bad event when it comes to the whole body. I have no problem washing dishes.

Happy for you! 🍀

Imagine you have an accident and have to go to the hospital. Do you think it would be embarrassing if you had a dirty underwater? Such an embarrassment to prevent, waere /is enough motivation for me. In the current state, you are an interpretation for every colleague.

Naaah, then no one who works very physically should go to the doctor or to the KH after an accident. It’s not like that. Anyone who has an accident as a furniture packer or a construction worker goes to the doctor immediately, despite possibly. Wet smell.

It is a big difference in the smell, whether you sweat clean or unwash. Not to mention the smell of lack of intimate hygiene.

Discipline. If you can’t motivate yourself, tell yourself that this is now a task you have to do. Point. No contradiction.

You don’t help yourself if you let yourself go. Hygiene is important. You let yourself get lost.

I think your drivelessness has already created a blockade, so you just can’t make it. I recommend that you get help in other ways, because as soon as you get something better, the blocking goes back a little.

You’re trying. Don’t try it! Because then you are condemned to failure.

You just have to do it. Without thinking about it.

You should get your life under control first, then it’s not a problem. Not for days to make bed

Just always lying in bed doesn’t bring much

This is a problem that you should solve
