Depends on which point of their development they are today.

A Stalinist state of terror, which seeks absolute control over all its citizens and lets people be executed for invalidity or deported to forced labour camps, I would strongly reject. Like most reasonable people.

On the other hand, a democratized Union, as it proposed to Mikhail Gorbachev, does not seem bad. In fact, his attempt to negotiate a new Union treaty only failed because of Augustputsch. Before that, most Union republics were prepared to accept the Treaty.

It is a pity that Gorbachev did not succeed in anchoring democracy in Russia and making it salonable. The way back to the autocracy began already under Jelzin, and where Russia stands today, you can see it impressively.

I meanwhile really am a bit convinced that in some cultures of this earth democracy simply does not work.

Still looking at the black channel can laugh and hearty about the reports.

But still a little sad, not to give Rabbi Nachman to drive in Uman/Ukraine.

Not good, we already have enough injustices in this world, which would be a very substantiated name for the Soviet Union.

How would you find it if there were the Soviet Union?

I don’t think so.

You?

Because a multiporal world order is much better than a decent Western world order. China, India and the entire Eastern Bloc will no longer please the Schickans. I think that in the 21st century completely different power conditions will prevail.
