How does something like this affect our psyche?

If you repeat something more often for half an hour before going to bed.

Examples:

  • Reading a passage from a book several times.
  • listen to a piece of music several times.
  • Watch a section of a video multiple times.
  • Sitting at the screen and watching the opponents move.

Depending on the length, the number of repetitions can vary. If it is 2 minutes long, it would be 15 repetitions and you would do it every night before going to bed for years.

It gets boring after several repetitions and you get tired.

If you sleep well afterwards and dream a lot, it's not a bad thing.

Is sleeping well and dreaming a lot always good?

What do you think? How would you like these methods to help you fall asleep?

I’d be worried about fluttering and that’s why I’m just sleeping badly.
