How is an exam grade calculated if there are two parts?
I am studying business administration at a university in Bavaria.
Most of our modules are taught by two different lecturers.
Accordingly, each lecturer creates his or her own exam paper at the end of the semester (with 2 parts, this results in 2 x 60 points = 120 points in total).
My question now is:
When correcting, are two grades calculated and then the arithmetic mean is used to calculate an overall grade, or are the points from both parts added together to determine the grade?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
Normally, the arithmetic mean of all notes is formed.
It can be like that.
