Then you will have to buy a suitable license first. There are many online who don’t cost much. To what extent the legal is always controversial, but usually work. Since Win 10’s support will expire soon, I wouldn’t put much money in it.

Login or disk encryption? If the pc is not stolen so often, the protection should be appropriate. Otherwise make you smart about uefi admin password and ata freeze lock.
