Hi everyone, I've been offered a job at a top company, but this company strictly adheres to a 0% tolerance limit for drugs. Since I've been a regular cannabis user for years, I'm wondering exactly how such a test is conducted. Is the urine only tested for possible drugs, or is it also compared with the test subject's blood to prevent fraud? I'm not worried about the blood test; I'm only concerned about the urine test. It would be great if an expert could help me here, because I really want the job.

It is unclear whether the investigating body is so-called. “Snelltests” with urine, or whether urine or blood is added to a laboratory for analysis.
Fast tests are the financially cheaper variant. I can’t imagine an operation leading expensive lab analyses.
