How to sleep again?

Hi.

Well, I've had this problem for a while now; I often just can't sleep. Back then, I started boxing, and that at least tired my body, and I could sleep. But now that's not enough anymore. Even when I've trained my entire body to the limit, I still can't sleep. My mind stays awake.

Sure, I could take melatonin tablets, but every day… I don't know how healthy that is. Even if I stay awake all night, it's not unlikely that I won't be able to sleep the next night. That's why I often only sleep 2-3 hours.

Do you have any ideas? Regards.

Maybe not train for a week and walk in nature. The body can “down” something. Shower and wet in bed. A glass of warm milk before bed. When the metabolism is constantly working on high speeds, it is sometimes difficult to turn off and sleep properly.

Hello,

You can take melatonin every day. 1mg should be absolutely okay.

Otherwise, do not ask for intensive sport before bedtime, as it moves up the cycle and thus does not let the body fall asleep.

healthy, deep sleep of at least 6 hours like to 8-10 hours is immensely important for the body. Because in deep sleep the body regenerates, cleanses up, detoxifies, repairs and “rinses” the brain to remove deposits.

You could see if you think about GABA or L-tryptophan next to melatonin. In addition, magnesium supports good sleep (please read in independently).

In addition, at least 4 hours before sleeping, don’t eat any more and no Internet activities at least 1 hour before falling asleep, please set up blue light filters and all electronic devices not in the room where you sleep, or turn off all, even WLAN.

Everything you need is good and a healthy sleep.

Best regards 🙋 ♀️ +😺 +😺
