This varies from company to company. There is no general scheme. With us, it’s, for example, staggered. Were the overtime after 18 o’clock made give more money than midday. Then there was something else on the WE.

In my old business, this staggering did not exist and only the normal hourly wage or time compensation

It’s in the contract.

I get the hourly wage + 10% + (25% or 50%) depending on that.

My wife gets nothing.
