I would prefer to keep the property after the price decrease of the last 12 months and not sell it. The prices will be put on again. Basically, the sellers have enough to wait until a buyer finds themselves.

The state does not affect the property of the individual. We are not in socialism!Everyone can use its property according to any procedure without if and but !

The seller who is not in need for sale can also simply sit out.

A house doesn’t rot so fast.

As long as he doesn’t need the money from the sale immediately, he also has no need to sell at low price. He just waits for someone to come to pay his price.

And now that interest rates are falling again, the reasonable prices will soon rise again.

The buyer thus remains only to negotiate or to remain a number smaller to avoid overhaul of the budget.

And because you bring the state in: It benefits most from high purchase prices. All taxes related to real estate acquisition and property are higher with higher sales prices (medium-term).
