Ich mache seit Freitag 8 Stunden Essen dann 16 Stunden fasten. Darf immer von 11 bis 19 Uhr essen. Habe aber heute bisher noch gar keinen Hunger. Soll Ich was essen oder ist es ok dann erst heute Abend was zu essen?
