How do I get rid of vape addiction?
I started vaping when I was 14 and quit a year later. I haven't done it since January. My problem is that I still have an infinite urge to vape and I can't shake the urge. I also wonder why I shouldn't start again. My grandparents started smoking early and are still alive, and it's just nice to be somewhere nice, for example, and take a few puffs. I don't know what to do; I don't want to have to live with an unmet addiction forever.
There is no “Vape addiction” and no nicotine addiction.
It’s just your imagination.
But there is, even if it would be easy for you to stop, it is not for others.
No, there isn’t.
There is no nicotine addiction and no dependency.
And your “Vape addiction” is pure imagination.

No, it’s proven not.
At the cigarette it is the tobacco that makes dependent.
In the e-cigarette it is pure imagination.

But of course nicotine and vape makes addiction
And how can I not imagine it? Can you send me a source? Because I’ve read it makes addiction.
Thanks for the help!
