You won’t be able to do more than 2 if you don’t have to take 3 hours!

Such questions are sweet because they are not to answer and are not intended.

Even if you make one hundred percent the same as someone else, you will look a hundred percent different.

The only goal you should pursue is to be the best version of yourself.

I recommend a basic training of two whole bodies.

Two exercises for legs, chest and back.

So you can reach a usable volume of 100-120 Wdh per week for each muscle group.

In addition, two exercises for the shoulder and once arms.

And if you have time for a third training, you train what’s going to be a bit too short or other variants or where you’ve got a real bump.

The most important thing about a plan is resistance! It must be given no matter how often you train. And then everything else builds on it. 🙋🏻

What’s a lot about you?

Of course, as a beginner, you will build muscles with GK. But at some point this is no longer enough to generate adjustments.

So it’s just maintenance training.

After a time, the energy leaves behind, and back and chest (big muscles that require a lot of energy) still to train legs (use the most energy), is inefficient. If you have little time, it is still better than nix

But make sense if you can only plan a maximum of 2 units a week.

The success and progress are then, of course, limited!

Yes, that’s true, but still you can split a lot better I say “specialize” 🙂

Get a personal trainer.

If you have three times a week, I’d do it like that. Because the upper body normally regenerates faster than the legs.

Yes.

If you only really give 100% at each set and have sufficient volume in the leg Day yes. If your legs are weak, maybe not/

Then make upper body/lower body. Once legs in the week are enough, as long as you train intensively enough.

That’s clear.

This is inconceivable!

But if a customer can only go twice, you can only create a whole body plan as a trainer.

Will be able to build something, but if you really want to build a lot of muscle mass, splinting would be much more effective
