How many days in a row can a part-time worker work?

I'm employed for 100 hours per month, but I often have to work eight days in a row, always just for a few hours, but often without a day off. Is that allowed?

Yeah, you can work for eight days.

For Sunday, the AG has to give a spare rest day within two weeks, which can also be a Saturday, as Saturday is a working day.

… which can also be a Saturday, as Saturday is a working day.

Or even any other work-free working day, as it will probably arrive here after the 8 days anyway. So it does not have to be an additional free day, but can be any work-free working day. Also one where you have sowiseo free.

This only as a result, because I do not think it is clear from your answer.

If there are only a few hours each, everything is fine.

For questions, the Federal Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs has the citizens’ telephone: https://www.bmas.de/DE/Service/Contact/Buergertelefon/buergertelefon.html

They have a lead for questions on labour law:030 221 911 004
But also extra for parttime and minijobs:030 221 911 005

In the course of two weeks you have to have a spare rest day for Sunday.

However, he may also be a workday without work (Mo to Sa), as he would probably get here after the 8 days anyway.
