You can’t say that on a flat-rate basis.

For example, if you are a 20j footballer, you can get a little more sugar.

If a 45 years is diabetic and weighs 200 kg, only strict sugar reduction is considered.

In principle, sugar consumption tends to worsen. If you can do it without a slicker, that is very commendable and recommended.

Hi.

this always depends on the individual case as the sugar distribution in the diet is as a whole! The WHO says that up to 25 g of sugar per day are harmless and gives the absolute maximum quantity of 50 g. This also includes fruit sugar from fruit!

A candy bar has sometimes more sugar than a child may take a day, sometimes even more than is recommended for adults! This also applies to some sweetened finished products from the cooler, such as quark, yoghurt, drinks etc.

A 100g table full milk chocolate often contains about 50 grams of sugar and more!

According to my obesity app, the “hand rule” was meant. A “normal” handful of rubber bears or Haribo’s was always the “control”.

If the sum of sugar of all sweets is at a maximum of 30 grams a day, you are excellent. Then you do it right.

If the sum of sugar of candy is up to 50 grams a day, it’s okay. You don’t have to worry about it either.

If the sum is between 50 and 100 grams of sugar a day, you might need to save something. Occasionally, it’s okay.

If the sum of sugar is more than 100 grams per day, you live rather unhealthy.

Hi, you forget that in many other products such as bread and mayonaise sugar is included! You give the total amount, included the sugar that is taken over candy! Includes sugar in fruits and vegetables.

A candy bar has partly more sugar than a child may take a day. This also applies to some sweetened finished products from the refrigeration rule. In some cases, even so much sugar in a cup corresponding to the maximum dose of adults.

Mayo, too, but I meant, above all, finished sauces in the small bottles. And, for example, also in spice cucumbers, about 4 to 5 grams of sugar are present. Almost all industrially produced contains sugar, frozen pizza etc.

It’s better not to use any candy at all. If you eat high quality, you have no problems.

So if you’re overweight then, of course, less than if you’re totally slim.

If you brush a bag of rubber bears in one day is also okay, but if you do this every day it will be difficult with health and body weight.

Hi.

100 grams of rubber bears contain approx. 42 grams of sugar, a 200 grams of bag thus contains over 80 grams, which is 3 times the recommended daily amount and more than 30 grams above the absolute maximum amount.

There is also sugar from bread, jam, nutnougat, fruits, yogurt etc. Then one often lands at more than 200 grams a day, which is extremely unhealthy, because the pancreas constantly has to pour out a lot of insulin very quickly!

Very well explained and you’re right. That’s why I’m saying if you’re a rubber bear sometimes, it’s okay, but every day is too much. The things are unhealthy, but they taste good. If you’re just healthy, of course, it’s much better, but the tempting is so big.

Congratulations on success!

and you’re not getting tired.

And you want more and more, this is the mean of sugar. No saturation and that demand more, so you earn millions and millards as manufacturers.

By the beginning of this year, I drank three or four liters of cola or sprite a day and the stuff is addicted and you won’t get fed. I had to really torment myself for eight weeks and only drink sprinkles and sometimes a little juice and diluted with water. Currently, when I drink sprites or even sweet drinks, it disgusts me because it is so disgusting sweet that it already hurts my teeth.

These sweet drinks that make something so addictive and you want more and more and more and you won’t get tired. That’s really bad.

I have already taken three pants sizes in the last three years and I hope that I will get a little bit off my stomach and then about 90 to 100 kg.

Generally, I’m right to you. Unfortunately, there are many sugar addicts who do this daily. Who eats predominantly healthy can slip out, yes. But most people eat too much sugar anyway. Only 2 rolls with thick nutnougat cream cover the daily consumption of sugar, and many eat it daily for breakfast.

There is a lot to be done when “sugar bombs” can be sold here without warning prints. And then the lemonades.

Hi.

It doesn’t help. How much is that? For adults it should be 25 g a day, until 50 g is considered to be OK.,

The World Health Organisation (WHO) advises not more thanfive to ten percent daily calorie intakein the form of free sugar. At around 2000 kilocalories per day, this corresponds to a quantity of25 to 50 grams, or six to twelve teaspoons. In children, the daily consumption of sugar according to their age is reached with one to six teaspoons (5.”

….

Withfree sugarare meant all mono- and disaccharides which Manufacturers add to their products or with which we sweeten our foods. The natural sugar content also falls below it in honey, syrups, fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates. Although milk, milk products, fruits and vegetables are also naturally derived from sugar, this does not count as free sugar – and is therefore not considered for the daily maximum amount.

The sugar or the KH from Vegetables

and cereals are not part of it!

Confectionery is rarely fruit sugar

Nonsense!

Apparently you still know

not even that sucrose from:

50 % glucose = grape sugar

and

50 % fructose = fruit sugar exists!

So 25g is correct

No, not at all!
