How many calories to lose weight?

Hello, I'm a 14-year-old boy, weigh 60 kg, and want to lose weight. But I'm really craving a bag of chips right now. Can you tell me the maximum number of calories I can have to lose weight, and does it make sense to eat a can of Pringles if I've only eaten 1,500 calories today (+ exercise)?

you will not be happy with a complete twist. eat 1/3 of the bag (probably 30g) and the rest you divide for tomorrow and day after day. And then drink a lot, that also helps

With 14 you are in the middle of puberty and your body needs energy for development.

You can enjoy the chips like this, but don’t just feed on them, but weigh them.

Take-off plans should be moved to “after puberty”. You can define the body in a targeted manner according to your wishes with training right now.

Then train.

With 1.75 and 60kg you already have too little on the ribs. Ideal weight is the descending points of size +-5kg over the thumb. So 70-80kg with you.

I am 14 and weigh 75kg you are not fat and have no reason to lose. You’re in the middle of puberty. I weigh as much as I do bodybuilding, but you should only know that you really are not afraid

All right, you can eat the pringles. I don’t think you can increase with less than 2,200 calories. I eat 3000. That’s right. As I said, I have nothing to teach you to get fit and build good muscles and six pack.

Did you want to write me here but just noticed that I’m too low level.

How big are you? You should have more exercise first and feed yourself healthy.

Losing weight is secondary as you are still in growth.
