2000 calories can eat loose and a few kilos more would certainly not hurt.

That would be almost 3 diners a day.

Hey, first: this is totally individual and also depends on how much you move. That’s why I’m just reporting what’s my experience.

I am, for example, 161 cm tall, don’t do sports, but walk daily with my dog (about 10,000 steps/day) and drive three times a week approx. 6km bike.

Currently I weigh +/-50kg and would say I eat 2,300 to 2,500 kcal per day as a woman and thus keep my weight stable.
In my opinion, you (if you move very little to moderately) need at least 2000, rather 2200 kcal a day.

These 1800 of whom you hear so often are completely bullshit.

And I don’t think you have to increase if you’re happy with your weight and it’s also safe from the medical side. So now every body is different!
It’s important that you’re healthy BIST and you’re healthy. If this is not the case, I would recommend you to look for support from professional side (articial/psychotherapeutic).

Since this was not your concern, I wish you a lot of strength and strength and a beautiful day!

To the food: it depends on what you are for a person. So again my own experience and knowledge at this point:

Be careful to feed you balanced (carbon hydrates, proteins, fats and fiber, a small protion sweet/salted per day is completely normal and harmless).

Then you should ask if you eat good and like big portions or prefer smaller ones.

Scientifically, there are plenty of intermediate meals, as well as few advantages and night parts, so you can choose your personal preferences at the number and distance of meals.

I hope this will help you. If you have any more specific questions, just log in again!

Depends on whether you are doing sports or not and whether you want to lose/take/ stay the same

This depends on many factors that nobody knows and you know that.

Your physical activities play an important role.

Since you are underweight, you are missing 4 kg to the lower limit of the normal weight range, you should eat over your daily needs.

It was clear that you’re pamping me. I didn’t expect anything else. You’re very forgetful. We have discussed this several times, and obviously nothing of it remains in your memory.

I think the addition “you know” was unnecessary. She reacts much more sensitively to things like others – you probably know that too!…and even if you think that she has a problem, you should be more careful – even if she has asked the question in a similar way more often. I think that she is actually a very lovable and cumbersome person, and then to blame her others to manipulate on the subject is really one of the accusations! What would she have? She certainly doesn’t think anything bad about such questions.

If you look honestly and directly unfriendly, it’s your problem alone.

That you see is logical because otherwise you should finally realize how bad you are with your body. You’ve been underweight for a long time and don’t mind asking the same questions over and over again that prove you have a problem. Then claim that this is not true is already grotesque, because the evidence in your question list is clearly found. I call this a pathological ignorance, typical of eating disorders.

It is strange that you get such statements regularly and still ask the same again and again, in a manipulative way. No quantity information on your food list is a manipulation, because so the layman does not recognize that there is a lot in the slate.

Perhaps the striking forgetfulness is a problem created by your malnutrition. Considering the time when you’re already stressing your body, not unlikely at all.

You can write about what you want. You prove yourself here on the platform what is really going on and take your 4 criticisms to the absurd.

I honestly don’t have a shock to waste time with you. Wish you a nice day, hopefully for a change with sufficient nutrition.

I’m honest and direct. I’m not getting manipulated. Of course that doesn’t suit you.

If I wanted to pamper you, that would look different. It should be clear that people like you are talking in a very factual tone.

Still as much as your previous questions.
