How many ginger tea bags per day in general and/or for fatty liver disease?

Hello

I bought ginger with turmeric and ginger with lemon from Teekanne because I read that these three foods are good for fatty liver disease.
What's the minimum and maximum number of tea bags I should drink per day? I've read that it's easy to overdose on ginger, and now I'm a little confused.

Thanks in advance for helpful answers

A bag weighs 1.8g. That means you take 1 g of turmeric to you and about 500mg of ginger. These are almost homeopathic dosages. Neither the liver has a benefit, nor is so little harmful.

The cause of fat liver is very often fructose/fruit sugar, followed by alcohol. Both are very similarly metabolized.

Therefore, I would first greatly reduce these two substances and then, as mentioned, take fresh ginger and turmeric.

With four cups of tea (a bag per cup) you do nothing wrong. A cup of morning, a lunch, an afternoon and an evening.

But even better are fresh ginger and turmeric. Simply pour small pieces in a cup with water. You can chew them later.

You can drink 1-2 cups daily to support your fat liver. However, you should not exceed 3-4 cups per day to avoid side effects. Variety between ginger with turmeric and ginger with lemon.
