Sugar has two functions in the ice:

  1. Hot is eaten very cold, that should be clear to everyone. To make it taste anyway, it must be sweeter than foods that are eaten warm or at room temperature.
  2. Besides, sugar says that the ice crystals are smaller. The ice becomes so creamier. If the iron is not a pure sorbet, but a milk of ice, then for this reason also fat is present.

how much sugar is exactly in the ice, but is always different.

Come on to the ice and then you can just look at the packaging.

This depends on the ice cream, on the finished products it is always in the back of the calorie list and on ice from the salon just ask.
