I’m old. When I went to school, nobody took a drink to school. When it was hot in the summer, and you were thirsty, you went to the sink and drank from the tap. It was rare.

If you are in school from 8 to 13:00, it is usually enough to drink about 0.5 to 1 liter of water. This depends on how active you are and whether it is warm. 0.5 liters are okay if you don’t sweat much, but 1 liter would be better to stay well hydrogenated and concentrate.

Drinking 200 ml every hour sounds like a good plan. The brain is pleased with sufficient fluid supply for concentration.

I’d drink 0.75 liters in your place.

No one drinks 1 – 1.5 liters of water, 8 – 13 o’clock.

I drink so much water normally, and believe that the average person drinks too little. Just my observation. :
