How much whole wheat toast per day?

Good morning,

Does whole wheat toast contain white flour?

I want to gain weight and get my protein needs met, and I can't just cook lentils, etc. right now.

So, are 6 or 7 pieces of whole-grain toast a day still healthy? Does it contain white flour?

If you buy it from the supermarket, it’s not a whole grain bread. I mean, if you want to get pure whole grain bread at the supermarket, then you’d have to look at the baked bread.

7 whole grain toasted bread a day are not unhealthy, but they contain plenty of fat.

Must it be toast bread? For example, full-grained flocks also contain abundant protein? I recently heard of the Greek yogurt. Genuine Greek yogurt should contain a lot of protein (not yogurt according to Greek), more than normal. It’s not all the supermarkets. It is combined with oatmeal and fruit.

In any case there is a plentiful selection of foods that you do not have to cook and which contain a lot of protein.

If you mean wheat: yes. And in industrial bread, even whole grain bread, there is always a not inconsiderable proportion of excavation flour in it: that is what you call white flour…

In the case of industrial bread, a whole grain bread consists only partly of whole grain. In order to make it better, in addition to various additives, the base W405 is taken.

I have to correct myself. Full grain bread should have 90% whole grain content.

Yeah, there’s also white flour in there. The whole grain (full grain). But also the shells that are not in white flour. 6 – 7 slices of whole grain toast is not much for a boy man. I don’t know if you do butter, sausage or cheese.

It’s quite monotonous, and one-sided, if you’re just a toast bread. What about potatoes, vegetables, eggs, yogurt, etc?
