Office jobs require training, right?
Someone suggested that if you're chronically tired and have a disability, an office job might make sense. But that's more than just typing things these days, right? And there are hardly any office jobs anymore, right? You need a commercial education, at the very least. Why do some people think office jobs aren't challenging?

What options do I have if I'd like to pursue full-time further training but currently work full-time? Ideally, without financial loss. A termination agreement? Would the employment agency allow that, or would I risk a waiting period?

Ich war Banker und hatte eine 50 Stunden Woche.
Verdient habe ich um die 8.400€ Brutto im Monat plus Bonus am Jahresende.
Rund 3.500€ Netto/Monat.
8 Stunden pro Tag / 40 Stunden Woche.

12 Gehälter. Urlaubsgeld, Weihnachtsgeld, Boni usw. Sind nicht mitgerechnet.

Arbeite 32,30 Stunden und arbeite als Schulkindbetreuerin an einer Grundschule.
Den genauen Wert nenne ich (w,28) nicht, aber ich gehöre laut Artikeln im Internet damit zu den “reichen 10%” aufs Einkommen gesehen, also Vermögen außen vor gelassen.
Wie viel ich dafür arbeite ist unterschiedlich, vertraglich 39 Stunden die Woche wie in der Bankenbranche üblich, real oft mehr. Wobei das teils “selbstgewählt” ist, in dem ich zusätzliche Themen übernehme wissend, dass sie auf Überstunden laufen werden. Aber das war es letztlich auch, warum ich so schnell aufgestiegen bin, also neben dem Können auch das Engagement.
