That was definitely too much.

You almost don’t need sugar.

Exception if you e.g. undersugar.

Keep sugar ready for emergency

If you are one of the hypoglycemia-prone people with diabetes, you should always have three to four BE/KE grape sugar for emergencies (even at night on the bed). The additional power through grape sugar keeps on average just 20 minutes. Therefore, you should also eat other carbohydrates, especially plenty of fresh vegetables every day and grape sugar just keep ready for emergency. But you should talk to your doctor again.

If you don’t have diabetes yourself, but the sugar of the grapes is still well invested, because you can never know, maybe someone else needs it quite urgently, so it can never hurt to have sugar ready for use.

Garbage

For 99.8% of the population is totally insane and largely unhealthy to supplement.

Exactly.

You don’t need that. Eat normal food.

How much should I eat?

Should? No one needs sugar when he is healthy and not sick. So there’s no crowd to take.

Best not all 4 at once. Mostly there is a recommendation on the package.
