Hi,

According to the reference values for the nutrient supply of the German Society for Nutrition (DGE), children from 1 to 4 years are to be approx. 800 ml, children from 4 to 10 years approx. Drink 1 liter per day. From 10 years onwards, the need continues to increase and young people from 15 years old already need 1.5 liters of liquid a day.

Hi. Dkejejejej

Depending on age, the body of a teenager and adult needs between 30 and 40 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day.

I would have to drink about 1,2-1.8L daily.

2 liters per day it should be at sport or now in summer when it is very hot, also 3 liters do not harm.

1.5 to 2 l of course, as every medical specialist company does.

Hello, Dkejejej. 😊

If you drink about 1.5 to 2 l daily, that’s all right.

And of course, if necessary, also a little more.

Greetings, Renate. 😊
