How much should I weigh at approximately 1.68 – 1.69 cm?
I currently weigh about 50 kg, but I feel a few kilos overweight and would like to lose weight (10-15 kg). I wanted to ask here first how much I should weigh to be a bit slimmer. I'm 15 years old and female! 🙂
Your weight is already right. I wouldn’t want to lose weight or increase. If you feel uncomfortable, you should get a little more athletic and maybe replace a little body fat with muscle mass.
Just a little more protein and exercise, but I wouldn’t change the rest of the diet. Except of course your diet style is unhealthy.
I recommend some vegetables every day and be it just a carrot, or some cucumber. Otherwise you are in the ideal area and too thin the men’s world does not like it.

Don’t take off, you have a super weight now. But you can do sports to distribute the proportions differently if you want
You should not weigh less than 50.
With this you are really at the bottom of the normal weight and should not lose weight.
If you look fat, you should think about professional help before it turns into a magnificence.
