A good device with heat pump will not be available at all below EUR 1,500. By the way, my tumble dryer looks like this and consumes 0.00 kWh of electricity per year:

buy a high-quality device, from Bosch, Miele or Siemens.

Got the WTW875W0 Series 8 from Bosch. Is absolutely recommended and from the price performance ratio super compared to similar models.

We bought a tumble dryer the other day. It cost about €430 and works very well. I don’t know how good it is but the 430€ has been rewarded even though I thought it was too much in the beginning.
