Salt hysteria was greatly exaggerated in the period 1990 to 2015 and it was not scientifically but according to the motto: EINER thinks what was found. All the others are slapping.

The body cannot store salt in principle. In the urine there is always sodium chloride and also in sweat. Therefore, it is not possible to justify the sluggishness with salt. Salt is fundamentally vital and not a luxury.

Anyone who consumes usual amounts of salt like 10g daily does nothing wrong.
