In 2021, total expenditure for resin 4 was EUR 45.9 billion.

https://de.statista.com/statistic/data/studie/39197/request/expenditure-fuer-services-after-sgb-ii-seit-2006/#:~:text=The%20statistics%20shows%20the%20issues,approximately2045%2C9%20billion%20Euro.

The total tax revenue was EUR 833 billion.

https://www.destatis.de/DE/Themen/State/taxes/tax revenue/_content.html

So, about 5.2%

But the sterol payments are not intended. And not all pay equal % taxes. Therefore, you cannot say directly the 5% of taxes you are for harz4.

In 2022 there were approximately 3.7 million ALG2 (Hartz 4) beneficiaries.

With a rate of €449 per month, this makes about EUR 19.94 billion a year.

Tax revenues in 2021 amounted to approximately EUR 833 billion. If one assumes that similar tax revenues follow in 2022, about 2.26% of ALG2 taxes have been used.

Edit: Because many here write that one cannot say because taxes are not collected on purpose. Of course, you can’t say which euro is where to go, but you can of course say what proportion of taxes has flowed.

State transfer services (including basic insurance) are tax-free, but can be under the condition of progression.

It is not possible to say that it is not financed from specific charges and that expenditure is very variable.

Taxes are not levied on purpose. Everything goes into a large pot, from which all government expenditure is paid.

the citizens of Germany

if one had the sum of thirs-year Steruer income

and the number of taxpayers

and the sum of Hartz 4 funds

then you could calculate an average per taxpayer

Maybe that’s one of them.

About 50% of the entire household goes on for Hartz etc.

You can’t say that.

Not at all, except the “consumer taxes.”

Not a cent. Deposits in the social security system are not taxes.

ALG2 is not paid from social security, only ALG1.

Resin4 is tax-funded. Not via social security contributions
