How much oil remains in the oil circuit from the last oil change?
Hi, I have a Ducati Hypermotard 796 and I've already put in 400 ml less than the recommended amount to make it fit. Is this normal?

If I go to a dealer (e.g. Kawasaki) and want to buy a new motorcycle, how long will it take until I can pick it up? When I look under new vehicles on the website, the model is not listed, which means that they don't have any new vehicles of that model, right? How long…
Hi, I'm currently riding a Derbi DRD (as you can see from my profile picture). I've got 70cc on it right now and it's getting a slight resonance. My problem now is that the wheelie feels really weird, even when the front tire is only 50cm high. I just can't continue in a wheelie and…
Good day/evening, I have a question. I wanted to try out a new recipe and for that I need pure safrole. Does anyone know of any essential oils that contain a lot of
Guys, I'm really desperate. In the picture, you can see a small puddle of oil on the engine block near the mudguard. This is dripping onto the catalytic converter, and then the car smells of burnt oil. VDD already replaced…. Thanks for the help. BMW E84 2012 N47 engine
Hi, I bought an SMX 125cc and wanted to ask to what extent I can drive it off-road.
So I’m not a motorcycle mechanic and don’t know your Dukati, but experienced screwdriver and also already had some different mopeds.
A little remains in the engine, but if just half a litre of the specified filling does not go in, then something is wrong.
I know it from larger enduros that have dry-soak lubrication (here the oil supply is not, as with “usual” engines, at the bottom in an oil pan, but is pumped off in operation from there and transported in a separate oil container) that when oil is changed in a certain order the oil is discharged via different drain screws (e.g. oil reservoirs, oil filter housing, oil sump) and then again in a predetermined order
Your Dukati seems to have a rather complex motörchen, maybe it’s similar there (separate storage container, oil cooler…).
Did you change after a trustworthy guide, or “free muzzle”?
It would be usual to remove the oil almost completely with a warm engine, to change the oil filter and then to fill the prescribed amount of oil according to the manufacturer’s specifications, there is nothing left in it.
Start briefly so that the oil can spread. Then look again in the show glass
Yes, after a minute cool it down
Maybe because you didn’t change the oil filter.
Oil filter! If you have a new one, let the engine run short and the filter fills.
Yes, let it run briefly and wait 1 minute, but then it fits in in the complete cold state the glass is completely full
