If it wasn’t prescribed by the doctor, you can’t say a flat-rate. Substances act highly indiviudell. Among other things, genetics, gender, weight, emotional and physical condition, daily form and expectations play (Set), the environment (Setting), caring effects and of course the dose.

Therefore, it is never recommended to follow any dosage details as you can find them online. One should always be concerned with the effect of a substance sweetheartIf you take it. Especially for beginners: “too low” is “too high”. No matter what substance it is.

General information on the effects and side effects as well as the risks associated with consumption can be found here: https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Pregabalin

As much as the doctor ordered…

Lyrica is the trade name of the active ingredient Pregabalin. This is an anti-epileptic which is approved for the treatment of epilepsy, anxiety disorders and neuropathic pain.

  • As a rule, the daily dose is distributed over 2-3 doses (so morning midday evenings).
  • The initial dose is usually 150mg/day (2x50mg and 1x100mg). The dose is then increased to the desired amount in the weekly rhythm.
  • The average dosage is 300-450mg/day (as usual divided into 3 administrations).
  • The max. Daily dose is 600mg (3x200mg)

Pregabalin can cause numerous side effects, especially at the beginning of the treatment. In addition, if rare, cases of addiction developments are known. Consequently, one should adhere precisely to the doctor’s order of intake.
