How many sick days can a first-grader have per year…?
Taking into account that there were two severe infections, both lasting two weeks, one even a week longer. It was scarlet fever and the first antibiotic didn't work well at first and it was only the second Schillig preparation that worked, so two times it took 14 days, and there were even three lice infestations in the school. Everyone received a note from the school asking them to treat themselves with a special comb and shampoo from the pharmacy. This procedure also took two days each time. So 14 + 14 + 7 + 6 = 41 days of absence for a first-grader. Is that still okay for so many days to be missed or can the parents actually take legal action, especially when the unpleasant headmistress is threatening the parents with it.

14 Fehltage wären fast 3 Wochen, nicht nur zwei. Am Samstag und Sonntag muss das Kind ja nicht zur Schule.
Ebenfalls sind 3 mal 2 Tage wegen Läusen 6 Tage.
Somit käme mit den angegebenen Gründen das Kind nur auf 26 Fehltage, nicht 41. Wenn es nun doch 41 und nicht nur 26 waren, dann gab es offenbar noch weitere drei Wochen = 15 Tage, an denen das Kind gefehlt hat. Eventuell sind ja diese drei Wochen und die Ursachen für diese Fehlzeiten viel eher der Anlass, dass die Rektorin sich an die Eltern gewandt hat?

Las dich nicht von Rektoren einschüchtern aber ich sag dir gleich unser System ist durchwegs korrupt. Leg dich nicht Auge um Auge mit denen an.
Das sind abhängig vom Einzelfall. Manche überspringen die 2te Klasse
