How much does an initial diagnosis with an orthodontist usually cost?

By initial diagnosis, I mean impressions and x-rays, which are usually taken.

Hello Jahan,

a first consultation always pays the cash register. No matter how old the patient is. No matter what’s going on.

If you have to pay for this treatment yourself, a treatment plan with prints and X-rays will cost you up from €300 with air.

Good luck!

If the orthodontist has decided that you need a chip and that it is not only cosmetic corrections, then the health insurance pays.

  • Legal health insurance companies pay a first-class orthodontic examination to clarify whether a treatment is necessary. The billing is made via the electronic health card.

If it’s the first treatment, think so.
