The more cocoa contains chocolate, the higher the caffeine content.

  • White chocolate – 0mg caffeine
  • Full milk chocolate – 20mg caffeine
  • Delicious chocolate – 50mg caffeine

These values apply from a quantity of 100g of chocolate.

A cup of coffee contains 50-100mg of caffeine, depending on the variety.

In children’s chocolate as well as nothing, the cocoa content is too low. Even with dark tender chocolate, you would have to feed two whole tables to get to the caffeine content of a normal cup of coffee. Full milk chocolate has less than half as much caffeine as tender bitter. So you need four to five tables to come to a cup of coffee.
