Wie viel kann ich heute noch essen?

folgendes habe ich gegessen, wie viel geht noch?:
Frühstück: 50g Haferflocken mit 200ml Milch
Mittag: Gnocchi mit Gemüse und Hähnchen
PS: Ich wiege 45,7 Kg, bin 1,58 m groß und ein Mädchen. Ich möchte mein Gewicht HALTEN.

I’m guessing the calories you took to you today, like 600-700 kcal. Depending on the size of the portion more or less.
A normal person consumes, as needed and situation so minimal 2000 kcal a day.
So if you don’t want to take off any more, I’d have some sensible food.

If you want, do it.
You can track calories yourself, so write a day how many calories you have taken to you. Just look at the back of the packaging from all things and write up per 100ml or 100g then you see how much you have taken to you. This also goes with the rice pan, the packs would have to be all of you somewhere and, for example, the values for chicken breast are also found on the Internet.

It’s just important that you have enough energy for the rest of the week and don’t feel powerless. That can happen well if you eat too little.
If you don’t want to eat so much at once, it’s not a problem, but then you can also take an apple or a banana in between, eat cereal afternoons… whatever if you eat healthy, it doesn’t matter what you do otherwise, because you don’t just take too much because you eat too much at normal meals, especially because you don’t eat automatically anymore, just because you want it.
This is only different for (industrial) sugar. Since sugar gives you energy for a short time, but this energy also disappears quickly, your body wants to have new sugar again and you will quickly take another child’s or something. This is the fat maker in our society and not normal meals!

I guess you’re eating small portions. There’s not much going around, I have to say honestly.
If you don’t want to take, you should just give up sweet stuff and not have normal meals. You won’t get fat if you don’t eat huge portions. You’re still a student, that’s what you’re doing regularly when you’re not even in a club. You really need these extra calories, otherwise you’ll probably get more and more weight loss.
It was such an Asian pan gum and the chicken (4 small pieces on my plate) was with very little soy sauce
So you can still eat snacks a bit sweet and also some fruit and a dinner or just what in between if you are hungry or want something.
An apple and a cookie? Or chocolate?
Zb or 10 cookies if you want. You can definitely eat a lot before it’s too much.
