How much money do I need to save to move out?
Hi, I want to move out, but I'm not sure how much money I should set aside and what the total costs will be for rent, deposit, new furniture, and everything else. Since I'm an apprentice, I don't earn that much.
The rent and the deposit are usually double the rent, i.e. the rent once three at the beginning. The cost of furniture depends heavily on where and how much you buy. Usually you find very cheap offers on eBay. If you buy used furniture on eBay, I would say that 1000 € are completely sufficient for setting up a person.
You can also pay 10 times as much for the facility.
I don’t know that there’s no single price for the move.
Go on a hand full of € if you move on to your own aunt 2 streets, into a furnished room. But can also quickly become 4 or 5 pitches.
You can share the deposit, it’s 3 rents, you can pay in 3 times.
So you pay the first 3 months almost twice the rent.
If there’s a broker’s course, it’s bad, it wants to have 2.30 monthly rents.
Furniture is your choice.
Cabinets are cheap at Poco or something rich.
Bed 1000 with mattress, kitchen 2000.
10k would be fine.
Deposit is usually 3 cold rentals.
With furniture, it’s what you need.
You have to count on:
So in the cover 4500€ will have to be your capital depending on luxury items.
(Have named a lot from my own excerpt to the first apartment.)
Hard to say so flat. How many furniture do you want to take?
Is there a kitchen in the new apartment already?
