From Bis…

salaries are sometimes extremely different depending on

  • REgion (Munich vs Klein Kleckersheim)
  • Company size (2 Man in ner Garage vs 1000 PErsonen Company)
  • Professional experience
  • Language/specialization (how many people can and what do I have to pay to get one of them)

If you’re bad, you’re not going to work with Java in a little club in nowhere, maybe only at 35K.

If you’re lucky, you’re the one-off software developer in obscure language… who has applied to the job at Großgruppen/BAnk/… in Munich or Frankfurt and you’re taking a kiss and 100 000 in JAhr or more.

I sucked values out of my fingers as an example.

What you can do is see if you find information for your region online. Take the average or the median.

  • If they’re old, you’ll get a little higher.
  • If you have experience orientiest you higher
  • If you’re rare, you can orient yourself higher.

With current values without experience and with something normal you try to get the median.
