How much money approximately for fun in the USA vacation?

I'll be in the USA for two weeks soon.

Accommodation, transport etc. are all booked and paid for, so it's "just" about food and fun/entrance fees.

How much money would you recommend taking with you?

For Germany, for example, I'd estimate around €50 per day for a vacation. That's enough to cover dinner, pay for an entrance fee, but you don't have to spend it all on your own. And theoretically, you could cook a decent meal in a vacation apartment with that, if you wanted.

How much does "normal" food cost in the US? I don't want to eat lobster and steak or just fast food 😅, I just want to shop at the supermarket/maybe go out to eat as an event.

I look forward to hearing about your experiences!

100 per person and day you should already make an appointment. also it depends on where you are going, what you have to do, if what is left is happy.

For 10 days of New York we have spent almost 2,000 € in two, but also 300 € entrance for Radio City Music Hall now cost the Christmas show and also admission for museums. In addition, when you go to eat, the high tips expect to go to the 20%.

In any case, take at least one credit card per person. The card should also have as much money available as you want to spend. You don’t get far with cash.

Many entrance fees you will need to buy online in advance A direct purchase on site is often not possible anymore

The USA has become very expensive.

I’d go out at a diner’s breakfast or 20 bucks and dinner at a normal 50 buck restaurant. Both incl. tip and tax.

This also applies to many attractions. If you want a skyscraper in NY, you’ll pay $40. Freezeitime parks go quickly to 3 digits.

But you can actually check out prices in the restaurant or for sights on the internet.

The cost of eating has risen just like here. Under 100 euros for a whole day I wouldn’t go any more if you were going to eat. With self-sufficiency (breakfast) you probably come to 50-60.

You should look at the websites to see what you have to pay for. If you’re lucky, you’ll find in the coupon booklets Bons that reduce this, but it doesn’t hurt to take an official list price.

Recree with about 20 dollars per person per meal, then drink and food, sometimes often also dessert should be feasible;)

Otherwise in advance the attractions / entrances googlen that interest you, that can vary too much for a general recommendation.
