Die gibt es nicht. In der Regel gibt es einen Rahmenvertrag zwischen Vermittler und Unternehmer für die Dienstleistung Personalvertretungmittlung. Dort wird dann die Summe vereinbart, wie viel der Vermittler für eine erfolgreiche Vermittlung bekommt. Und genau dieser Betrag liegt in der Regel irgendwo zwischen 20 und 30 Prozent des Bruttojahresgehalt des vermittelten AN.
Wenn man jetzt eine Horde Anlernkräfte vermittelt, verdient man als Vermittler unterm Strich evtl. weniger als bei einer einzigen Fach- oder Führungskraft, die schwer zu finden ist.
Da gibt’s keinen fixbetrag.
