Hello Leonie1440.

Your glasses have -1.25 dioptrics in the right glass, in the left glass -0.75 dioptrics.

The diopters are not calculated together. Each eye of you has its own diopter values.

Do I have -2 dioptrics or do you always have to specify the values separately?

No… this is not added.

You can look forward to having the right only -1,25 and left -0,75 Dioptrien ðŸTM‚

not the glasses have dioptrics, but a spectacle lens. Two spectacle lenses, at least two diopter values. If one has astigmatism, even four (each 2 for spherical and for cylindrical). There’s more to goggles.

The question is already answered very well: The eyes are always monocular – that is, each one is considered and measured.

always separated for each eye extra – they are different

who do you want to give that to?
if you get glasses, your eyes will be controlled.
How do you want to give 2 diopters if you have less on every eye, do you think you can still watch?

Who should ask you?
I’ve never asked anyone about my dioptrics for my life.

Then you say “Etwa a Dioptrie.”

Then you give the values written by yourself and is good.
