I eat as good as no bread as I have drastically reduced carbohydrates.
So at most once a week I eat bread. But then a healthy bread, so no white one.

I eat very rarely bread. I bought a fladen bread today, but this is rather the exception. I eat rice, quinoa or potatoes.

I can’t say at all. Are always between two to four slices, that is, between 60 and 200g depending on the size and thickness of the slices and what bread it is (right black bread is heavier than white bread per slice).

I don’t know. I don’t weigh the bread. This morning I ate two slices and I will eat another slice in the course of the day.
