No one can tell you from a distance, because it depends on the bearing points and thus the lever ratio of the rear structure.

One always compares only with the actual state: if it is too little air pressure so far, one makes a little more pure and if it is a little too much, one leaves something again.

When the damper is pumped up, it is important that the pressure can be adjusted precisely and that the pump head can be separated from the valve without air escaping from the damper again. For this, a damper pump must be used.

And because of the finer scale, the pressure in Psi is given in bicycle feeder elements. In the case of dampers, it is as coarse as 100 to 300 psi.

There comes to a millimeter how exactly the lever ratios are. And no, I can’t read it through the internet – by the way, nobody else does.

As I said, look at the current pressure and correct up or down as required and then try again.
