Wie versendet man Gemüse-/Obstfach (Kühlschrank) sicher?
Hallo Leute,

Without a cardboard (i.e. a halfway dimensionally stable outer packaging) this usually does not happen without breakage.
I send something like this (GFK mouldings, plastic claddings, Plexi components ) in the cardboard box, especially sensitive parts in cardboard boxes with specially made wooden frame inside.
The cavities are filled with packaging foam in bags (at home I take normal building foam), or with shredded cardboard strips (upholstery board ) https://hansepack24.com/400L-Karton-WellpappPackkissen-Polsterpappe-Fuellmaterial-Polstermaterial?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwgrO4BhC2ARIsAKQ7zUneSlv_O0IAl9nvgcG5gtmfK3NVpzQA
Place in cardboard the inside with corrugated board several times reinforced, middle-sized upholstery foil or paper cord.
That then in paper snap in further cardboard.
How to send dishes, never break
Keeping around very stable cardboard and goods sprung on the inside, which is more demanding in dishes due to weight
I’m not sure if I know what you mean by “Gemüsefach”. In itself, it can only be the drawer in which you put vegetables and which you put in the refrigerator at the bottom.
Then the sender should just make a cardboard: He takes 2 to 3 empty cartons from the supermarket and cuffs them so that it sticks a matching shipping box. I’ve done that more often. (The recipient found the word “observation” on the cardboard really funny! 😁)
Or you simply take an alternative: There are plastic baskets to buy. Just take a measuring tape with Tedi and remove all plastic containers. Can you still be two of them?
Hi @AriZona04,
first I can understand why the recipient found it funny, I also had to laugh briefly.
and yes I mean, the vegetable compartment (the drawer in the refrigerator). However, my refrigerator has been built so that the compartment is wide but short (covered to depth). So that unfortunately the TEDI options, etc. (I had tested the Lidl organizers since this was the closest one, from the rough dimensions) are not a real alternative.
Although I was really happy about it. Since I don’t have aesthetics but rather on functionality.
I guess it’s an elderly man. And has some trouble with it.

I can report that one of my freezer drawers has broken and I actually replaced a plastic container of Tedi (which was actually intended for washing powder) now. Surely the container does not fit one into the freezer – so there is still a little space. I also use it for things that are not in the box. So it’s possible.
Unfortunately, I have a front stop in my refrigerator, so that you can not use a larger/large smaller compartment or 2 containers, because they are not to be found for the depth of my refrigerator.
As I wrote, take two containers. Measuring and reckoning is very important.
It’s all good that I don’t doubt and even find it really good. With me it’s only always one to 2 mm cm too much. That the door no longer goes.
The vegetable compartment is made of plastic?
There’s a big cardboard and just a little paper around it. Anyone who wants to go safe on number will take air cushion foil.
Honestly, I don’t really understand the problem.
Or is the refrigerator 2 meters wide? 😀
120x60x60cm should be easy long.
Hi @Rolajamo,
Yeah, the vegetable compartment is made of plastic.
The reason I’m asking is more likely to get to safe. My vegetable compartment really just slipped out of my hand after I cleaned it. (no meter drop height)
And there are more than enough horror stories from all providers and I want to get a whole subject despite the possibility of a fucking person. I’m lucky to have been around for such people, but I don’t want to challenge happiness.
The shipping option you mentioned seems to be quite fitting. Thank you very much, I’d like to keep it on.
And the old man, I suspect, seems to have some problems finding a suitable packaging.
