Ist es eine massive Wand/Decke – siehe peterobm.
Ist es nicht massiv ( abgehangen, Gipskarton o.ä.), kannst Du versuchen, mit einem Zollstock durch die vorhandene Öffnung die andere zu ereichen ( war bei mir mehrfach erfolgreich), dann mit einer stabilen Schnur Kabel durchziehen.
Danke! Nein, da ist kein Kabel in dem zweiten Loch, aber ein Hohlraum hinter dem Gipskarton. Das versuche ich mal.
